Are you looking to send bulk emails out of your CRM, and track bulk email statistics back to CRM contacts, leads and accounts? Give PowerMailChimp a try! PowerMailChimp is a MailChimp CRM integration tool that connects the powerful, robust, affordable third-party bulk email platform, MailChimp, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Use static or dynamic CRM marketing lists to send out bulk emails such as newsletters, offers, and more, all from within CRM. PowerMailChimp also tracks vital bulk email statistics, such as sends, successful deliveries, opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes back to individual CRM contacts, leads and accounts. This lets you see which of your contacts and leads opened the email, exactly who clicked on what link in your emails and if anyone unsubscribed. The statistics are super powerful, and the add-on is very simple to use.
What it Does:
- Send beautiful, rich HTML emails, without needing any HTML knowledge by using MailChimp’s robust template editor
- Use CRM information to create dynamic content in your templates, using merge tags

How often is statistical data synced back into my CRM?
For the first 72 hours (or 3 days) after a PowerMailChimp Blast is sent, the data will be synchronized once per hour. From hours 72 – 144 (or 3-6 days) after send, the data will be synchronized once per day. After 144 hours (or 30 days) after send, the data will be synchronized once per week. If the hours passed since the blast was sent are greater than 720 (or 30 days), then the PMC Blast will NOT sync any more.
When I try to select a template in my PowerMailChimp blast, I get a blank window instead of a list of templates. Why?
If you are running IE10, please add *.crm.dynamics.com (or in Europe, *.crm5.dynamics.com) to your list of compatibility sites in your web browser. Then close all browsers, reopen, and try selecting a template again.
If I try to select a MailChimp list from my marketing list, I get a blank screen. What can I do?
Try adding *.crm.dynamics.com (or *.crm4.dynamics.com if you’re in Europe) to the list of ‘compatibility mode sites’ in your browser settings. Then go back and try to select the MailChimp list again. You should now see your MailChimp lists in the window that pops open.
