Although our solutions are designed to be DIY, we have resources available to help answer your questions and troubleshoot any issues you may experience. Included in the cost of the add-on (or as a part of your free 30 day trial), the PowerPack Pros provide support around various components of our PowerPack Add-Ons. In order to provide quick, consistent, support to our growing number of PowerPack users, we ask that all support tickets be created through our PowerCare Portal. All support cases are worked in a queue on a first come, first serve basis. Once a PowerPack support ticket is created, a PowerPack support specialist will reach out as soon as they are available. Our PowerPack support hours are Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm (CST).
Here are a few examples of what is included in “Free” PowerPack support:
- General PowerPack questions about functionality and features
- PowerPack specific issues or bug fixes
- PowerPack billing and subscription inquiries
Option 1: Ad-hoc or As-Needed Support
For assistance on issues and enhancements outside the scope of our free PowerPack support, we offer a billable support desk. Our support desk bills at an hourly rate of $185/hour and works on an SLA that requires a signed support agreement before any work can be started. Once a support request has been received, it will be assigned to a PowerObjects team member who will contact you as soon as possible. Our regular support hours are Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm (CST).

- Environment specific issues affecting PowerPack performance
- Custom PowerPack functionality, not included in the out of the box version of the solution
