Hi. I’m Mike, manager of PowerSuccess here at PowerObjects. Today we’re going to talk about PowerSuccess, our subscription-based program, and how it may help you and your company implement CRM.
You’re probably wondering what’s included within PowerSuccess. With PowerSuccess, you’re assigned a dedicated PowerSuccess engineer who’s going to help take your processes and apply those to CRM. We’re going to utilize the business process flow, configure your forms, views, help to utilize the charts and dashboards to give you your reporting, and I’ll also use the workflows and dialogues to help automate your processes. One of the added benefits of PowerSuccess is that you get to utilize our PowerPacks that help enhance your CRM to make it more robust. All of this is included within your monthly subscription.
When you sign up for PowerSuccess, you’ll receive a welcome email from me. This will introduce your PowerSuccess engineer and allow you guys to work together to schedule a meeting. The first meeting is what we call our foundation and envision meeting. This foundation meeting allows us to outline the program and then within the envision part we allow you to discuss with your engineer your business processes and how you seek to utilize CRM. From the foundation and envision meeting we’ll take that information we’ve learned from you and compile a rank list. That rank list is really your CRM roadmap. We will share that list with you and allow you to prioritize those items you wish to work on first.
PowerSuccess is great for all customers. You could be new to CRM.
