Hi I’m Pavlos. I am Dynamics 365 consultant here at Power Objects. We are working with Husqvarna Group who is a global leading producer of Power outdoor products for first in garden care.

When operating at such a large scale, implementing Dynamics 365 is definitely the way moving forward, but also another important aspect of Dynamics 365, is the post-implementation channel.

Let’s have a look at a 4-step high level process how PowerObjects and Husqvarna are working collaboratively in innovating this area and what makes this process so unique is the fact that it integrates three post-implementation streams. The introduction of new features, the support for existing functionality and of course, user training.

In step one, we analyze the data coming from the CRM support team and we drill down to the real nature of the requirement. Eventually we bundle up all that information in a meaningful way and present it back to the team allowing us to take decisions. Decisions such as prioritizing functionality for future releases or investing time in user training.

In step two is where we introduce the system enhancements. Based on the priorities we set in the previous step, and of course, our CRM roadmap. Good to point out is that team foundation services is a good tool for you at this stage.

Step three, my personal favorite, it’s all about training and CRM awareness. The functionality introduced in the previous steps is more than enough to give us a good insight of any knowledge gaps within our business. Consider using Sharepoint or Microsoft Stream at this stage.

Finally in step four, we continue business as usual. We’re gathering requirements throughout the organization, but at the same time, we’re gathering feedback from the previous steps.

In terms of encouraging users, ensure feedback and get involved in meaningful conversations, consider Yammer as a candidate for this step. Eventually all of the knowledge gathered from the previous steps is channeled back to step one, fitting it for the next loop.

Having this look properly established will ensure you drive continuous growth in your business, utilize existing Microsoft stack without diverting from CRM roadmap. From now on, all your decisions will be backed up by existing data within your organization leveraging business intelligence and in terms of users, you promote an environment where they are confidently using the tools you provide.
