My name is Miguel Alvarez. I’m the chef and owner of Hibachi Daruma. Today we are at PowerObjects in Washington Avenue North. Hibachi Daruma is a food truck who serves Japanese-style teppanyaki in a fast way on the streets. On the menu we have chicken, beef, and shrimp. It’s served with fried rice and vegetables. Also, we have tofu for vegetarians. We have noodles. The best thing on the menu, I think, is the shrimp. People love shrimp so much. My favorite thing running the food truck is hanging out with people outside. You work inside at a restaurant, you don’t see anything outside.
