Hi, I'm Sara Jo. I'm here to talk to you about the four common misconceptions we hear from our prospects, any time we talk about Change Management on a Dynamics 365 implementation.

We know that your organization's people are your biggest asset, and so we really wanna make sure we bring them along on this journey with us. So as change managers, we really focus on how your team is gonna adapt to new processes, and make your implementation smoother, so you can really drive towards the business results you're working towards.

So what are these misconceptions? The first misconception about Change Management is the term, itself. We've all been in meetings where Change Management is thrown around, as a fluffy conversation point that just has to be brought up during an implementation. Here at PowerObjects, we know that a scientifically proven method for Change Management is one of the most important success factors on a Dynamics 365 implementation. This is because we're not just implementing a new system, we're changing how your organization does their jobs. We work with your team to include, inform, and coach your entire organization through the process, to minimize the bumps in the road.

The third misconception is that thinking, well, Dynamics 365 is an upgrade to what we do today, so that means no one will resist. We know that change is hard, even from your newest employees to your most seasoned veterans, who may have home backed some of your most critical processes. Even though Dynamics 365 is an upgrade, it can sometimes feel difficult for your employees to shift away from the way they do things today.

And the last misconception is that change managers don't know the technology. At PowerObjects, we have a team of people who are not only certified change practitioners, and certified trainers, but we're also certified in Dynamics 365. Our team will be there with you, every step of the way. We wanna help you lay out the best practices, communication, and training plans to help you launch your Dynamics 365 system. Our goal is to empower you to build your Change Management capability, to take with you, not just for this deployment, but beyond.

Our team will be there with you every step of the way, because we wanna help you lay out the best practices, communication, and training approaches that will help you launch your Dynamics 365 application. We also wanna help you build your Change Management capability, so that you can use it, not just for this deployment, but beyond.

For more information, check out our Change Management page on our website. Or talk to any of us here at PowerObjects, about how to add Change Management to your implementation. Thanks for watching Dynamics 365 In Focus.
