Support for PowerPack

Our team of PowerPack Pros are passionate about helping subscribers get the most out of their Add-Ons. Although our solutions are designed to be DIY, we have resources available to help answer your questions and troubleshoot any issues you may experience. Free PowerPack Support

Included in the cost of the add-on (or as a part of your free 30 day trial), the PowerPack Pros provide support around various components of our PowerPack Add-Ons. In order to provide quick, consistent, support to our growing number of PowerPack users, we ask that all support tickets be created through our PowerCare Portal. All support cases are worked in a queue on a first come, first serve basis. Once a PowerPack support ticket is created, a PowerPack support specialist will reach out as soon as they are available. Our PowerPack support hours are Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm (CST).
