What is your background related to Dynamics 365?
A long time ago in a company far, far away I was an early adopter of an early version of CRM. (not Dynamics) Experiencing the benefits of Sales Automation I grew to love the technology. My industry at the time, Yellow Page Advertising, and Publishing were dying on the vine. Fortunately, I was able to turn my appreciation of the technology into career 2.0. After a couple of baby steps with smaller CRM companies I realized if I’m going to make a career of CRM, PowerObjects is the place to be. Our singular focus on Dynamics 365 has allowed me to focus on becoming the best I can be and providing best in class service and education to my clients.
Why do you love helping customers with Dynamics 365?
Dynamics 365 can drive value across so many branches of an organization. Sales, Marketing, Field Service etc… Each group can leverage the technology how they need to and know at the end of the day all of the data creates a holistic and rich picture of the broad relationships with your clients.
What is your favorite Powerpack add-on and why?
It’s a toss-up between PowerNurture and PowerChat. As we continue to focus on Service (Customer, Field, and Project), they are critical for our clients the best ways to communicate with their customers and how they want to be communicated with.

I saw the Stones live in Hong Kong. A great show in a small venue.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?
When I’m not attending one of the kids sporting events (baseball or basketball) I can probably be found listening to music.
