Press Release: PowerObjects to Host PowerUp! The CRM Event

PowerObjects, a leader in offering service, support, education and add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is proud to announce it will be hosting PowerUp! The CRM Event – a 2-day CRM educational conference. The event will be held from September 24-25 at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis, MN with an optional pre-conference training on September 23 at PowerObjects headquarters.

“PowerUp is a new 2-day education conference that is all about empowering CRM users of all skill levels. We decided to change from our previous PowerConnect events based on feedback from people looking for even more educational content. This will not be a sales-focused event,” says Gretchen Opferkew, Director of Education at PowerObjects.

PowerUp will feature different tracks for attendees of different CRM experience – from beginner to intermediate to advanced users. Topics include top tools for administrators, CRM analytics and dashboards, PowerBI, best practices in system architecture, CRM for service desks, and many more. The optional pre-conference training is available to a limited number of registrants and will include a full day of hands-on learning in the areas of CRM development, marketing, and customer service.

“We want conference attendees to be inspired by what they learn at PowerUp and to use CRM in ways they have never thought of before. We want them to see the many exciting ways CRM can transform an organization or business in any industry,” says Opferkew.

Conference attendees will also be able to participate in several ‘Talk to the Subject-Matter-Expert at PowerObjects’ roundtables to connect with others about a specific industry, technology, or type of implementation.

Early bird registration only runs through June 30 so those interested are encouraged to register now. “If you currently use Microsoft Dynamics CRM or are considering using it as your relationship management solution and want to learn more, PowerUp is definitely a valuable event to attend,” Opferkew says.
