PowerObjects, a professional services firm 100% focused on providing service, support, education, and add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is hosting a series of educational webinars over the summer of 2014. These free 30-minute webinars are focused on hot topics and frequently asked questions, including what’s new in the latest releases of Dynamics CRM and effective training tips for user adoption.

All upcoming webinars in the series are open to the public. Those interested can learn more and register by visiting the PowerObjects events page. Webinars include:

  • Should We Upgrade?
  • Successful CRM Training
  • The New Dynamics Marketing
  • Driving User Adoption: 30 Tips in 30 Minutes
  • The New Features in Customer Service

“We know people are busy, so we’ve designed these educational webinars to pack a lot of information in a short amount of time,” says Gretchen Opferkew, Director of Education at PowerObjects. “We’ve divvied up the content so that people can register only for what they need to.”

The events are put on by CRM University, the educational arm of PowerObjects. CRM University provides formal training delivered by certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM trainers at PowerObjects. Training offered by CRM University includes CRM Boot Camps, as well as 2-day workshops on business intelligence, upgrade training, extending CRM, increasing user adoption, and more. CRM University also hosts an annual 2-day CRM user conference, PowerUp, which will take place September 24-25, 2014.

“We believe that a huge part of driving success in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is providing the right educational and training opportunities,” says Opferkew. “CRM University offers the training people need, and our summer webinar series is one way we deliver value to customers.”
