PowerObjects Leading the Charge with New Subscription-based Option for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud Licenses and Services

PowerObjects, a professional services firm 100% focused on providing service, support, education and add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is proud to announce Microsoft Cloud by PowerObjects, a groundbreaking program that bundles Microsoft product subscriptions and services. One of the first of its kind, the program allows customers to centrally manage all of their Microsoft cloud subscription licenses, including Dynamics CRM and Office 365, as well as service and support through PowerObjects, creating a one-stop shop for service and support.

“We are incredibly excited about our new cloud solution offerings because it allows us to include more value in the products out-of-the-box and allows us to lead with CRM and bring the rest of the Microsoft cloud to our customers by combining software with service,” says Jim Sheehan, COO at PowerObjects. “With Microsoft Cloud by PowerObjects, we will continue to expand our best-in-class support system for exceptional customer experience across all cloud products.”

The efforts that have gone into getting Microsoft Cloud by PowerObjects up and running have been extensive and the entire company is invested in its success. “This program has been a company-wide effort. Everyone from our R&D department, to our sales and marketing team have been working hard to get the program off the ground,” says Sheehan. “What’s been exciting to see is that our customers are just as excited as we are!”

By naming PowerObjects as their cloud solution provider, customers will see extensive benefits, including:

  •     One consistent point of contact
  •     Break/fix support provided by the largest CRM support desk outside of Microsoft
  •     Unlimited access to PowerObjects’ PowerPack Add-ons
  •     Access to the PowerObjects PowerStart Program
  •     Discounts on PowerObjects’ extensive educational offerings

PowerObjects is one of only four Microsoft partners currently offering these services to their customers. With the launch of the program, PowerObjects will handle licenses, support, and billing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Office 365. In addition, PowerObjects will provide a number of value-adds at no extra cost.

“This is really a whole new arena and shows the value Microsoft places in their partner channel,” says Sheehan. “They realize that we take the technology the extra mile to really drive customer success. By letting partners manage the whole cloud experience reaffirms that Microsoft is most successful when they go to market through their partners.”

Microsoft Cloud by PowerObjects will be available in three subscription levels, with users having the option to select a basic (Powered CRM), intermediate (PowerSuccess Silver), or deluxe (PowerSuccess Gold) package. Packages start at $65/user/month and go up to $105/user/month.

“We are entering a new age of selling software, and PowerObjects is looking to the future,” says Sheehan. “Our goal is to be the largest cloud solution provider for Microsoft in the US and Canada. This is the first step. We cannot wait to see what’s next!”
