PowerObjects Fills Role of Field Service Practice Director with New Hire Dan Cefaratti

PowerObjects, an HCL Company, is proud to announce the appointment of Dan Cefaratti to the role of Field Service Practice Director. This is a new role at PowerObjects that was created to provide direction and leadership in the field service practice area in response to the acquisition of FieldOne by Microsoft earlier this year.

“With the addition of Dan to the PowerObjects team, we are truly investing in bringing the industry experts in field service to our customers,” says Steve Thompson, VP of Sales at PowerObjects. “This is an immense opportunity for us to solidify our alignment with Microsoft and their vision.”

Growing a dedicated field service practice will enable PowerObjects to focus on building solutions tailored to organizations with a mobile workforce as well as rounding out their practices by providing high performance customer care solutions for a true 360-degree view of the voice of the customer.

The investment by Microsoft in field service creates a great opportunity to provide overreaching solutions to customers in need of field service technologies and will help customers better evaluate and find the right solution to fit their needs.

Cefaratti has been working with CRM and Field Service since 2000 and brings his extensive knowledge and experience to the PowerObjects team.

“We are thrilled to have Dan on-board to provide leadership to our field service vision,” says Thompson. “His role offers a strategic opportunity to add value to our current commitment to the customer care practice.”
