The Talent Development Support Specialist manages and drives critical system administration activities through HCL and PowerObjects’ systems for the successful onboarding of new joiners to the organization. This cross-geography administrative role is responsible for setup of new joiners in onboarding related systems, for maintenance of and reporting on Microsoft Partner resources and for level 1 support of all requests related to onboarding and talent development to ensure all stakeholders are getting the support they need from the right people on the Talent team at the right time.


Essential Functions

  • Global onboarding administration
  • Responsible for granting access to talent related systems for new PowerObjects joiners around the globe
  • Monitor and maintain global onboarding dashboard to ensure all new joiner system setup is completed in sequence and on time
  • Create, drive and track onboarding related Service Xchange requests for all of our global geos (AMER, EMEA, APAC and India)
  • Follow-up with each new joiner to confirm access to talent systems to close out the onboarding cycle
  • PowerObjects University support
  • Monitor, maintain and reply to PowerU inbox communications
  • Provide tier 1 support for onboarding related queries regarding Yammer, PEEKS, PowerU and compliance trainings
  • Triage, escalate and route support issues to regional Internal Trainers for tier 2 support as needed
  • Manage and fulfill talent related software licensing requests
  • Monitor HIPAA and IT Security compliance completion and escalate to managers as needed
  • Manage Microsoft Partner Resources
  • Administer Microsoft Partner Network and PartnerSource portals
  • Get new joiner MCPIDs associated with PowerObjects’ Partner account and manage access for team members globally
  • Manage and report on Microsoft global competencies
  • Manage certification voucher requests through completion
  • Provide weekly Microsoft certification tracking and reporting for Bagels and Bing and managers
  • Participate in weekly team meetings by actively listening to issues, contributing ideas and following up on action items
  • Additional tasks assigned, as needed

Required Skills and Experience

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Acquaintance with webinar tools such as GoToMeeting, Skype For Business and WebEx
  • Familiarity with Yammer a plus
