PowerObjects is seeking a Senior Product Marketer to join our award-winning and growing Marketing team. This role will be the link between what PowerObjects sells and their go-to-market strategy. The Senior Product Manager will craft, modify, and enhance PowerObjects’ organizational story around products and services, ultimately working with the greater team to hone messaging for each individual audience globally. This role has exceptional breadth across all products and services that PowerObjects services and supports, and will require close collaboration with the Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, and R&D teams to ensure products are articulated clearly and will resonate with customers and partners in the marketplace. Additionally, this role will oversee the PowerObjects’ team of program managers within the marketing department.


Essential Functions

  • Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable: Provide direction and guidance for the greater Marketing Program Management team
  • Microsoft Alignment: Understand Microsoft’s product marketing strategy to develop marketing plans to align with their vision. Ultimately, execute plans that align with Microsoft’s strategy but also drive PowerObjects’ internal marketing objectives forward
  • Research & Analysis: Foster a deep understanding of our channels, markets, customers, prospects, and competitors to develop unique, differentiated and persuasive messaging, positioning and campaign strategies
  • Internal Voice of The Customer: Spend regular time in front of customers and prospects to ensure messaging and positioning accurately reflect their voice and needs
  • GTM Strategy: Lead the team to create end-to-end GTM strategies, working to execute, measure, and evaluate
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the internal Sales Enablement team to develop a suite of materials to equip our Sales and Delivery teams for success, including, but not limited to, presentations, white papers, data sheets, webinars and training sessions
  • Technical Evangelist: Understanding the technologies PowerObjects’ supports and articulate how it solves customer requirements and pain points in simple language to external customers, partners, and analysts, through events, webinars, blogs etc.
  • Influence & Collaborate: Work across the organization to provide and receive input

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Related Field
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience working with relational databases and other business platforms
  • Exhibits PowerObjects’ Guiding Principals
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize many tasks at once
  • Ability to manage a team of program managers
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the organization
