PowerObjects is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their award winning and growing team. This individual is a member of the Sales Operations team responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team for authoring, editing, and proofing various sales documents, spreadsheets, and presentations such as PowerPoint decks, proposals, and RFP’s. Other responsibilities may include data entry, as well as assisting in communication with prospects and customers as needed. The role is integral in helping the sales team achieve their sales goals and objectives.


Essential Functions

  • Provide proactive and reactive support to sales team members to assist as needed with daily sales activities, including but not limited to follow-up correspondence, schedule coordination, notes, task assignment, etc.
  • Play a key coordination role in responding to all RFP requests
  • Develop and maintain RFP response library and content
  • Assist in the preparation, proofing and overall quality control for proposal documents
  • Assist in preparation of presentations, transition documents and other sales documents and content
  • Use PowerObjects Microsoft Dynamics 365 to assist in general sales reporting, including pipeline and prospecting activities
  • Other duties as assigned
