PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Project Manager to join their award-winning and growing team. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overall project management and act as a technical liaison to the customer. The Dynamics 365 Technical Project Manager will have a wide knowledge of business processes from the Customer Engagement perspective. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

  • Manage and plan software development effort and activities
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis
  • Map requirements to Dynamics 365 CRM product features
  • Manage risk throughout the project, producing various mitigation plans
  • Manage programs using Agile Methodology and DEVOPS
  • Work within the Global delivery model, coordinating with Onsite/Offshore teams
  • Manage customers and change management
  • User-stories creation, Bug triage, and coordinating multiple teams

Required Skills and Experience

  • Exhibit the PowerObjects Guiding Principles
  • Experience working on CRM/XRM implementations
  • Experience using the Dynamics CRM platform to develop bespoke client solutions
  • Ability to assist in the definition of the client’s entity relationship model and align this to Dynamics CRM
  • Knowledge of Dynamics CRM application and platform configuration / customization capabilities and constraints
  • Full knowledge of and experience with the entire project lifecycle
  • Process documentation and analysis (as-is and to-be)
  • Specification of system requirements aligned with business processes (data, presentation, logic)
  • Requirements prioritization based on the customer’s business imperatives
  • Understanding of technical architecture that supports the business application to be implemented
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral, as well as the ability to articulate complex concepts
  • Effective facilitation of team and customer meetings
  • Ability to quickly build relationships
  • Strong client interface and presentation skills
  • Effective customer expectation management
