PowerObjects is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their award winning and growing team. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Specialist is to promote the growth and visibility for specific industries that align with Microsoft’s focus, horizontal workloads, and internal departments within PowerObjects, as they pertain to the UK and EMEA markets. The Marketing Specialist will facilitate and execute marketing plans that include deliverables for assigned subject matter areas. Must enjoy problem solving, be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, and be meticulously organised, as well as be able to prioritise multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Functions

  • Content Creation: Create relevant and engaging marketing content with pertinent messaging around PowerObjects and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 product line
  • Strategy: Work with the greater Marketing team, Sales, Microsoft, and HCL stakeholders to determine growth goals for leads and develop a comprehensive marketing plan to execute those goals
  • Microsoft Alignment: Understand Microsoft’s marketing strategy to develop marketing plans to align with their vision; Ultimately, execute plans that align with Microsoft’s strategy but also drive PowerObjects’ internal marketing objectives forward
  • Programme Maintenance:
  • Execute marketing plans, keep track of roles and responsibilities, and monitor deadlines to ensure plans are executed in the designated timeline
  • Work with the Marketing Operations team to ensure availability of resources to meet deadlines and set expectations with the business leaders on when marketing milestones will be completed
  • Work with the Customer Success team to create assets that assist in the sales cycle and generate more customer references
  • Analytics: Work with the Marketing Data Analyst to measure the effectiveness of strategies and tactics through website analytics, leads generated, registrations and attendance for related events, and customer experience score

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a proficiency in British English

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to work collectively with all members of the organisation
  • Must be legally able to work in the United Kingdom and capable of working full time from the PowerObjects-Egham, UK Office
