PowerObjects is seeking an Internal Trainer to join their award winning and growing team in Egham. This individual will work closely with talent and UK leadership, hiring/reporting managers, and PowerObjects recruiting team on diverse staffing and onboarding needs in UK. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organised, and be able to prioritise multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

  • Work with Delivery Operations/PMO to plan and schedule onboarding activities in-person and remotely
  • Facilitate and manage the PowerObjects induction and orientation processes for new joiners, including DIT and CIT programme assistance
  • Enthusiastically promote PowerObjects’ vision, culture, and guiding principles
  • Serve as point person for new joiner orientation questions
  • Ensure new joiners are meeting compliance requirements
  • Monitor and report on induction and orientation activities to talent team
  • Communicate onboarding challenges to the Talent team and help troubleshoot for resolution
  • Train and mentor hiring/reporting managers on PowerObjects orientation requirements
  • Work collaboratively with Director of Talent Acquisition, Orientation Manager, and other Talent team members on strategy and status of the overall new joiner plan
  • Assist the Senior Talent Development Coordinator to coordinate new Consultant in Training programmes or continuing education needs in the region
  • Attend and assist with Talent Acquisition events, as needed
  • Employ Microsoft Dynamics 365, or alternative programmes, as an onboarding tracking system
  • Work with Talent team on onboarding best practices and policy adherence
  • General process improvement and procedural analysis for onboarding activities
  • Participate in weekly team meetings by actively listening to issues and contributing ideas

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organisational skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively across all organisational levels and across geos
  • Some international travel will be required
  • Must be legally able to work in the United Kingdom and capable of working full time from the PowerObjects-Egham, UK Office
