PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company is seeking a Dynamics 365 University Trainer to join their award winning and growing team. The primary responsibility of the Dynamics 365 University Trainer is to provide technical trainings for public offerings as well as private training for customers. This role may also support development of custom training within customer projects, as well as development and maintenance of paid course curriculum and free educational materials such as blogs, videos, and the CRM Book. The Dynamics 365 University Trainer supports the Education pillar and reports into the Adoption & Sustainment team.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of common processes, issues, and technology related to operation of a sales, marketing, and customer service departments
  • Maintain expertise of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application through ongoing consumption of online resources—especially as new versions are released
  • Learn and teach a variety of Dynamics 365 topics
  • Learn and teach additional technologies such as field service, project service, unified service desk (USD), portals, marketing solutions, PowerObjects PowerPack, mobile technologies, business intelligence (e.g. SSRS, PowerBI), advanced processes, and development in Dynamics 365
  • Work with clients to plan onsite Dynamics 365 University training delivery including planning logistics, travel, and customizing the agenda for the client
  • Update Dynamics 365 University curriculum, which may include development of new labs, updating materials based on new versions, addition of instructor notes, or improving the classroom content for better learner experience
  • Develop new curriculum and course offerings that add value to clients
  • Develop how-to videos, as needed by the team
  • Document team processes and knowledge sharing in OneNote
  • Write chapters for the CRM Book and help maintain it
  • Promote Adoption & Sustainment through webinars and online video content
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and actively listen to issues and contribute ideas
  • Write blogs on the latest features and discoveries or
  • Review blogs created by the rest of the company

Desired Skills

  • Identified Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (within 3 months of employment)
  • Microsoft Certified Trainer (within 12 months of employment)
  • Technical aptitude – knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, F&O or ability to self-teach new technologies
  • Collaborative and willing to share information across the organization
  • Highly organized and prepared for each training
  • Natural aptitude and personality for training, including ability to speak clearly, organize thoughts while speaking, and control one’s own delivery of information
  • Ability to adapt presentation to the audience
  • Travel up to 75%
