PowerObjects is seeking an Internal Trainer to join their award winning and growing team in Egham. This individual will work closely with the Talent Team, UK leadership and hiring/reporting managers on diverse onboarding needs in PowerObjects EMEA, as well as perform the delivery of the training for the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Consultant in Training programmes. The candidate must be extremely detail oriented, have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organised and enjoy a developing, fast-paced environment.


Essential Functions

  • Work with PMO, HR, IT and Talent Acquisition to coordinate and facilitate in-person onboarding activities out of the PowerObjects Egham office
  • Administer PowerObjects onboarding processes for new joiners
  • Serve as point person for new joiner questions and ensure smooth transition to hiring teams
  • Ensure new joiners are meeting compliance requirements
  • Monitor and report on EMEA onboarding activities to global Talent team
  • Train and mentor hiring/reporting managers on PowerObjects onboarding requirements
  • Work collaboratively with Director of Talent Acquisition, Global Onboarding Manager and local EMEA Leadership on strategy and status of the overall new joiner onboarding programs
  • Work with Talent team on onboarding best practices and policy adherence
  • Develop general process improvement and procedural analysis for onboarding activities
  • Enthusiastically promote PowerObjects’ vision, culture and guiding principles
  • Deliver core training through PowerObjects’ Consultant in Training (CIT) programme for new Finance and Operations Consultants
  • Assist the CIT Programme Manager in coordination of new CIT programmes or continuing education needs in the region
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of common processes, issues and technology related to operation of Dynamics 365 Unified Operations
  • Maintain expertise of the Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations application through ongoing consumption of blogs and online resources—especially as new versions are released
  • Assist the Dynamics 365 University team with updates of Dynamics 365 University Finance and Operations curriculum, which may include development of new labs, updating materials based on new versions, addition of instructor notes and improving the classroom content for better learner experience
  • Develop new curriculum and course offerings
  • Develop how-to videos as needed by the team
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, actively listening to issues and contributing ideas
  • Distribute information on the latest ERP-related and technology news to the team members

Required Skills and Experience

  • Must be present in the Egham office 5 day per week during business hours

  • Solid Office 365 skills (Microsoft Teams/SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience training on Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Previous curriculum development experience
