PowerObjects is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Service Delivery Manager to join their award-winning and growing team. The primary role of the Dynamics 365 CE Service Delivery Manager is to be an outsourced “Dynamics 365 Champion” to companies implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. The Dynamics 365 CE Service Delivery Manager manages multiple projects — getting into each client’s business, understanding their goals and how to make them successful using Dynamics 365.


Essential Functions

  • Lead and facilitate the Envision sessions with clients
  • Responsible for the budgeting and adherence to agreed budget for the program
  • Create a detailed project plan (Statement of Work) for the customer, which includes both estimates for the tasks that will be completed and the project schedule in Microsoft Project
  • Conduct at least a weekly status meeting (may be more) and send weekly status updates
  • Advise customers on best practices for Dynamics 365 CE processes
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE to model the client’s processes using the out-of-the-box configuration tool set including: Customise entities, fields, forms, and views
  • Write specifications for customisations that would be completed via fixed fee by other members of the team
  • Review work that is completed as part of the Render deliverable
  • Have regular meetings and communications with each client to ensure you are proactively seeking opportunities to improve their business processes
  • Manage relationships across the program, including multiple stakeholders and internal HCL-wide teams, as well
  • Coordinate with overseas team on custom development, complex customisations and portals

Required Skills and Experience

  • Exhibit PowerObjects' Guiding Principles
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and/or a similar CRM technology
  • Experience with PRINCE 2 / AGILE Project Management or other similar methodology
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Visio
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of business processes, issues and technology, especially related to the operation of a sales, marketing and customer service departments within an organisation
  • Experience with conducting business analysis sessions to gather requirements from clients
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work with a multicultural team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent time management skills required
