PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company is seeking a Dynamics 365 Advanced Payroll Functional Consultant to join their award winning and growing team in the United Kingdom. This individual will bring to the team an expertise in the Payroll Management Industry and become a hands-on Subject Matter Expert in D365 Finance & Operations Advanced Payroll and Microsoft Talent.

Essential Functions

  • Become a hands-on subject matter expert in D365F&O Advanced Payroll and Microsoft Talent, specialising and deepening skill set within a functional or technical area such as Financials, or HR (HCM, compensation, benefits, payroll, talent & performance, recruiting, absence, time tracking or learning), Data Conversion or Integration
  • Work closely with the client to understand requirements and design, build, configure and test the D365F&O solution, with support from the Lead Consultant on your team
  • Play an active role in your area of expertise, and be a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring of new team members
  • Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team and management as well as external clients
  • Understand and apply D365 F&O and PowerObjects methodologies
  • Contribute to PowerObjects high client satisfaction and high standard of service to the client, managing your work on several concurrent projects
  • Keep up to date with latest HR/Payroll thinking, tools and techniques in your area of expertise and draw upon this to influence clients and project delivery

  • Ideally, Payroll or HR Industry Management experience

  • Evidence of collaboration and contribution to your previous work environments
  • Ideally, experience working on multiple concurrent projects
  • Ideally, experience playing a lead role in virtual teams

  • Location is home-based with travel to client sites (up to 60%) to London

Desired Skills

  • MBA/M.Com/ CA or any other equivalent graduation in a reputed university
  • Previous experience with MS Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 projects is nice to have
