PowerObjects is seeking a PowerSuccess Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join our award-winning team. The primary role of the PowerSuccess Dynamics 365 CE Consultant is to be an outsourced “Dynamics 365 Champion” to companies implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement. The PowerSuccess Dynamics 365 CE Consultant manages approximately 400 users (potentially 20-30 clients) at once—getting into each client’s business, understanding their goals and how to make them successful using Dynamics 365.

Essential Functions

  • Leading and facilitating the Envision sessions with the clients
  • Documenting and prioritizing the list of initiatives in the Rank session
  • Advising customers on best practices for Dynamics 365 CE processes
  • Configuring Dynamics 365 CE to model each client’s processes using the out-of-the-box configuration toolset including: Customizing entities, fields, forms, and views
  • Dashboards
  • Report Wizard Reports
  • Workflows and Dialogs
  • Writing specifications for customizations that would be completed via fixed fee by other members of the team
  • Reviewing work that is completed as part of the Render deliverable
  • Having regular meetings and communications with each client to ensure you are proactively seeking opportunities to improve their business processes
  • Conducting system administrator and end-user training
  • Answering ad-hoc questions

Desired Skills

  • 2+ year experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement and/or a similar xRM technology
  • Maintaining up-to-date understanding of business processes, issues, and technology, especially related to the operation of sales, marketing, and customer service departments within an organization
  • Experience with conducting business analysis sessions to gather requirements from clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent time management skills required
  • An additional area of responsibility will be to contribute to the team and transfer knowledge:
  • Participating in weekly team meetings by actively listening to issues and contributing ideas
  • Distributing information on the latest Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement-related and technology news to the team members
  • Writing blogs on the latest features and discoveries
