PowerObjects is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our award-winning and growing team. This person will be the first point of contact to clients and visitors. The qualified candidate should be friendly and outgoing with strong customer service skills. They must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task, as well as prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. Previous office experience desired, but not required.

Essential Functions

  • Professionally administer high volume of incoming calls
  • Greet clients and guests in a friendly, hospitable manner
  • Contact customers to resolve outstanding payments and maintain client records
  • Process, deposit, and record daily check and credit card payments
  • Generate and send invoices to clients
  • File financial documents
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Assist the Event Coordinator with catering and set-up of events
  • Open or close office and visitor areas daily
  • Other accounting and clerical duties as assigned
