The seventh-largest social housing organization in the U.K., Sovereign is now in the middle of a several-stage digital transformation strategy. A key component of the strategy is to implement a customer-focused and scalable technology solution – Dynamics 365 – with the help of PowerObjects.

Due to a series of recent mergers, Sovereign was trying to manage with several different technology systems and processes. They needed to get back to a single way of working across all of their different offices.
