PowerObjects will be at Field Service USA 2019!

Post Author: Joe D365 |

For 20 years now, the annual Field Service USA conference (April 23-26 in Palm Desert, CA) has been offering education on all things field service-related and beyond. From enabling a mobile workforce to IoT (Internet of Things) and AI (Artificial Intelligence), Field Service USA is where innovative ideas are shared and future strategies begin.

As a sponsor at this year’s conference, PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company will be joining industry thought leaders from around the world. This will be our third year supporting Field Service USA, and each year we are impressed with the industry expertise and thought leadership in ONE place.

It’s no secret that IoT is changing the world for field service companies – so much so that Field Service USA is dedicating the entire first day of the conference to this very topic: “Leveraging IoT, Big Data, and AI to Move Towards Preemptive Service and Achieve Customer Business Outcomes.” As part of Day One, Bill Kern, Field Service Practice Director at PowerObjects, will be presenting ‘How to Make Your Assets Talk.’ He will dig into how field technicians and remote employees can leverage IoT and AI to ensure a higher first-time fix rate and improve customer service. Bill can be heard on Wednesday, April 24 at 3:05 pm PDT in Track C Salon 4-6.

If you’re at Field Service USA, please stop by our Bier Garten party on Tuesday evening April 23 at 6 pm. PowerObjects is hosting an evening of networking, food, fun, and craft beer at the JW Marriot Palm Desert Resort. You won’t want to miss this party!

Whether at the Bier Garten party, Bill’s presentation, or attending a session, we look forward to connecting with you. If you won’t be heading to the conference, learn more about Connected Field Service for Dynamics 365 here.

And in the meantime…

Happy D365’ing!
