During the session, we will also demonstrate intelligent customer services with Azure Bot Service and Voice of the Customer. Lastly, we will show you how to introduce Azure Customer Insights for Dynamics 365 and combine information from other enterprise systems to provide amazing visualization and real time insights, intelligence and KPIs on your clients.
