    Hi Joe,

Slightly off topic, can we rollback an upgrade to an CRM Online system. So, we are currently on CRM 2015 with Update 1 and we are looking to go to CRM 2016. Can we rollback the upgrade?

Hi Estelle – Unfortunately it is not easy to roll back a crm upgrade. If all kinds of things broke lose, via a support ticket with Microsoft, you can probably roll back to 2015. This would not be a quick process. We highly recommend creating a new crm only org, making this a copy of your prod 2015 org, then schedule the upgrade. Then you can test and train in 2016.

The upgrade from 2015 to 2016 should be very painless. We have not had any client encounter anything major where they would want to rollback in crm online or even on premises.
