What exactly is Microsoft Flow? It's a platform that creates automated workflows between hundreds of apps and services – including but not limited to Outlook, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Twitter, and Excel – to get notifications, synchronize files, approve requests, collect data, and more. With Microsoft Flow, all of this can be done without code, directly in your apps! In this short demo video, our Power Platform Capability Manager will build two different Flows within minutes! The first Flow creates a task in Microsoft Planner for staff members to take care of a checklist when a record in D365 is created. The second Flow updates all child records (Contacts) in D365 when the related parent record (Account) is updated.
