Through a proprietary algorithm, these behaviors and factors are analyzed and scored. Once the analysis is complete, detailed dashboards broadcast results in a variety of graphs, charts, and accurate percentages.
This powerful information can then be fed back into the CRM where it can be leveraged by sales, customer service, and marketing. These data points can be interconnected with an out-of-the-box integration or custom integration into a variety of Microsoft apps and platforms including Dynamics 365.
