What's New in CRM 2016 Update 1 – View Webinar On Demand

This spring, Microsoft releases CRM 2016 Update 1 for both CRM Online customers and on-premises customers. This short session features mostly live demonstration, which will allow you to preview the new features as the user will experience them. This webinar will help you start to think about the impact this update will have on your organization including what new features you may want to deploy, the customization effort, the impact on employees, and the training effort.

Field Service Enhancements in Spring 2016 – View Webinar On Demand

This spring, Microsoft releases CRM 2016 Update 1 for both CRM Online customers and On-premises customers.  This session will focus on enhancements to the Field Service capabilities released in late 2015 through this spring. CRM 2016 introduced the Interactive Service Hub offering a very interactive experience with multi-stream dashboards and new Forms. Field Service provides a significant enhancement for Service with its robust scheduling engine, resource skills and characteristics, agreements, managing products and services and much more. The spring release offers for online customers' additional enhancements and complements the new Project Service. Through PowerObjects CRM University, we offer customer service boot camps covering these functionalities in depth as well as Unified Service Desk (USD).

Introducing Project Service in Spring 2016 – View Webinar On Demand

This spring, Microsoft releases CRM 2016 Update 1 for both CRM Online customers and on-premises customers; however, the Project Service capability is only available for CRM Online at this time. Through live demo, this session will go through an overview of the Project Service feature within Microsoft Dynamics CRM including quoting and estimating projects, creating and resourcing projects, managing time-entry, invoicing and actuals.

The Relevance Search Preview in Spring 2016 – June 27, 2-3pm CT

This spring, Microsoft releases CRM 2016 Update 1 for both CRM Online customers and on-premises customers. Simultaneously, Microsoft is offering a public preview of a new feature called Relevance Search. This is an update of the Global Search capabilities, which will improve the search experience for all employees.  The search will now go beyond an exact match of a string of characters. Sign up for this webinar to find out more!

What's New with Mobile in Spring 2016 – June 29, 2-3pm CT

This spring, Microsoft releases CRM 2016 Update 1 for both CRM Online customers and On-premises customers. This session will focus on enhancements to the existing mobile capabilities released to date. The spring release includes Offline support leveraging Azure services, CRM configuration, and profiles for managing sync behavior and segmentation rules. We will also review the enhancements and support for Mobile Application Management with Microsoft Intune.
