The CRM Book Readers Rejoice: CRM 2016 Content is Now Available!

So what is The CRM Book anyway? The CRM Book is the result of a collaborative effort to produce a comprehensive online guide to working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It's intended to help users of different backgrounds and experience levels understand core concepts, make good choices, and know where to go for more information on a given topic. It's a living, breathing document that is updated as the software changes.

Why did PowerObjects publish this free resource? Joe CRM says it best:

"Remember a time when the major software publishers would update a program about every three years? This worked great for book writing—you could publish the first year the software version was released and still have a couple of years of relevance. Today the publishers are working towards shorter release cycles and delivering in the cloud. This is great for innovation, but it stinks if you want to publish a book. So we decided that we would not bother with print and publish an online book that could be maintained." – Joe CRM
