Easily Create and Schedule a Post via PowerSocial

Post Author: Joe D365 |

PowerSocial allows CRM users to post messages on LinkedIn or Twitter, all from within the comfort of their CRM system. It's as easy as choosing a publisher, creating a message, and posting! But, of course, not just anyone can post using PowerSocial. PowerSocial also includes the ability to require approval before posts are blasted out into the wilderness of the social media sphere. PowerSocial also makes it easy to keep a consistent flow of messages going out, by allowing users to schedule messages to post at a specific date and time.

With PowerSocial, you can not only post from within your CRM, but you can also monitor specific people, hashtags, groups, companies, etc. In addition,  you'll be able to turn incoming messages into contacts or leads, and respond to posts or repost from within CRM. If you are a social media nut, then PowerSocial is the PowerPack Add-on for you!

One unique feature of PowerSocial is the ability to schedule out posts. Being able to schedule out posts will enable users to set up posts to be sent out in the future. This will remove the daily inconvenience of having to Tweet or post information to LinkedIn or Facebook. Now you never have to go a day without contributing or keeping current in the social media world!

5. Proceed to fill out the details of the post:

  • Owner will automatically populate.
  • The Publisher determines which social site the post will come from.
  • Post Date allows the post to be sent immediately upon approval or a time in the future.
  • Please Note: The time zone of the date /time on a post will reflect the tme zone of the owner.
  • The post may be associated with a current Campaign in CRM or a new one to associate with this specific post.

The Approve checkbox is only able to be used by those who are PowerSocial Admins or are PowerSocial users with extra permissions to approve posts. The checkbox needs to be checked for a post to go through.

Please Note: If a user has approval rights and a post is created with the required fields filled in and selects Save and Close, the post will send regardless of whether the Approve checkbox has been checked.

The Social Post Type allows you to choose the type of post.
