Collect Registrations

As soon as you make your event active, you are ready to begin taking registrations. ZapEvent's fees are 3-7% lower than the competition. It's your money.

To promote your online registration, you can:

• Add a ZapEvent logo to your web site with a link to your event or your registration page.
• Add online registration information to your flyers, promotional materials, and website.

As people register, you will receive email notifications to alert you to the registrations. You may get daily, weekly, or monthly summaries of registrations.

ZapEvent makes sure your pricing tiers are applied correctly. This allows you to focus on getting ready for your event.

View Your Data

It's your data. ZapEvent believes you should be able to access your data at any time. ZapEvent offers many ways for you to pull your data: You can run reports or export the data to Excel. If one of our existing reports or extracts does not meet your needs, you may request a new report or extract. We will be happy to create a new report for free.

While our competition wants to turn your customer into theirs, we believe this is wrong. We don't market to your customers and we don't sell your customer information.
