Why do you like working with Customers and Microsoft Dynamics CRM?
The need to serve constituents of some sort (customers, members, partners, etc.) is ubiquitous across virtually every organization in the world. CRM gives us the opportunity to facilitate meaningful change for the better in organizations of all sizes and shape—including the largest organizations in the world.
What do you like best about helping customers with Microsoft Dynamics CRM?
Creating meaningful business impact. This goes way beyond IT and technology. The ability to talk with business executives across industries about their most pressing business challenges and how we can help address them—and then seeing the fruits of those efforts—is rewarding every day.
How have you helped customers succeed with Microsoft Dynamics CRM?
Creating a vision about what is possible and changing the context of how a project is conceived, perceived and executed. Nobody needs a new CRM system—they need new business practices!
What is your favorite thing to do when not working?
Spending time with my family—my wife, three kids/terrorists, 40+ nieces and nephews and 29 siblings/siblings in-law.
Where is the most interesting place you have traveled?
I have had the privilege of 5+ trips to Europe, but would trade them all for more time spent in rural Nebraska—the fascinating and very real world and work that is agriculture in America.
