I have been working with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution since its inception. I have not only sold this solution and projects to net new businesses wanting to use a CRM solution but have spent time helping existing customers to get the most out of their solutions. I do this by helping them bring new features and business processes into the software.
I thoroughly enjoy working with companies to help them utilize their Dynamics 365 solutions to the fullest in their organizations. I love the flexibility of this product allowing companies to configure their solution to meet their business needs. Dynamics 365 fits within any company big or small and in any vertical because of the flexibility. There are no two systems out there that have the same configuration, it is different for everyone. I really enjoy working with all customers to see the potential of what they can get and helping them realize the full potential of their investment.
PowerMailChimp. I love the power of MailChimp as a bulk email marketing solution with the integration back to the strength of their Dynamics 365 solution. I like that a company only has to maintain one set of contacts having MailChimp sync with Dynamics 365. MailChimp handles the templates and manages the email blasts and focuses on the sending and then PowerMailChimp brings back the results into Dynamics 365 allowing organizations to get a 360-degree view of marketing communication to their customers.
I enjoy hunting, soaking up mother natures beauty, and watching wildlife in their natural habitats.

It is hard to pick one because I love to travel and there are so many places I have not been yet. I did however really enjoy the Black Hills and going to the badlands. It was so beautiful.
