Why do you like working with Customers and Microsoft Dynamics CRM?
Microsoft CRM offers a great core infrastructure for Customer Relationship Management with the ability to customize it for specific business needs. This has allowed this product to be utilized for any business and in many different ways. No two customers have the same implementation. I love working with existing customers because you can develop and maintain a relationship with them. You can learn about their business and really be able to provide value in making suggestions for improvements. It is like being a part of their virtual team.

PowerObjects is a fantastic company to work for. All we do is CRM and everything about CRM: Services, Educate, Support and Add-Ons. Our specific focus has allowed us to strive for our goal of being the #1 Dynamics CRM Partner.
How have you helped customers succeed with Microsoft Dynamics CRM?
I enjoy going into many different types of businesses and learning about specific needs they have to track information and then being able to discuss different ways they can utilize Dynamics CRM to track that data and report on it.

PowerMailChimp – It just makes sense to utilize a bulk email provider like MailChimp and take advantage of the data in CRM.
What is your favorite thing to do when not working?
Spending time with family. I have two children that keep me young at heart. We enjoy being outdoors no matter what it is, boating, fishing, swimming, snowshoeing and skiing.
Where is the most interesting place you have traveled?
New York City. I loved going to New York because it is so different than the Midwest. I enjoy traveling in general to learn about different cultures and places, but my heart always comes back to my Midwest roots.
