Why do you like working with Customers and Microsoft Dynamics CRM?
It’s all about helping businesses and organizations solve problems, improve operations, and become more efficient. Dynamics CRM is endlessly configurable and customizable, so we can make it integrate with other systems, we can create online portals, we can tailor it to make sense for different business processes—you name it. Sometimes it’s a challenge to figure out how all the pieces of the puzzle will fit together, but I thrive on that challenge.
What do you like best about helping customers with Microsoft Dynamics CRM?
Showing customers new ways of using Dynamics CRM that they hadn’t even considered, and seeing the excitement about what they can do with it, is a great feeling.
How have you helped customers succeed with Microsoft Dynamics CRM?
Dynamics CRM is a Microsoft product, with the same look and feel as other familiar Microsoft products like Word, Excel and Outlook. This instant familiarity and the ability to seamlessly integrate with other Microsoft products is probably the number one reason we see customers be successful where other CRMs have failed them. But PowerObjects also surrounds customers with awesome service, support and education from the moment we begin working with them throughout the entire lifecycle. It’s that type of relationship that makes our customers successful.

What is your favorite thing to do when not working?
During baseball season I love to head out to Citizens Bank Park with some friends to catch a Phillies game. Otherwise it’s fun to check out different exhibits at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
