Why do you like working with Customers and Microsoft Dynamics CRM?
My enjoyment comes from helping companies be successful through their evaluation, selection, and implementation of a Dynamics CRM. Also, because I am a sales person myself, it is helpful that I am able understand the daily needs and challenges as it relates to sales, marketing, and service in all types of organizations. The Dynamics platform resonates with me personally because of the familiar Microsoft user-interface, Outlook interface, and solution flexibility.
What is your favorite part about working at PowerObjects?
I believe in the Dynamics CRM platform, but I get the most pleasure from seeing the positive results it can have on an organization from a micro and macro level. PowerObjects is a very focused, knowledgeable, competent, and high-energy organization that listens to its customers and has the expertise to deliver.
How have you helped customers succeed with Microsoft Dynamics CRM?
It is not as much about the tool as it is about using the tool to support an organization’s unique business processes. My responsibility is to educate and guide the selection process of the support option that is best for them.

PowerMailChimp by far… being able to mass email market directly from CRM and generate actionable reports is of extreme value to most organizations that I speak with.
What is your favorite thing to do when not working?
I enjoy all things outdoors, specifically enjoying the lake with family and friends in the summer months.
Where is the most interesting place you have traveled?
With a growing family, in recent years, I have found it difficult to find the time to travel, but backpacking Glacier National Park was an experience to not be forgotten.
