Press Release: PowerObjects Recognized for Dynamics CRM Expertise and Cultural Distinction

PowerObjects, a professional services firm 100% focused on providing service, support, education, and add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is pleased and honored to have been nominated for multiple awards throughout the past few months. The majority of these awards were based upon PowerObjects’ core values and its recent, rapid explosion of growth.

A prestigious and notable award was being named as a 2014 WPC Partner of the Year Award Finalist for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by Microsoft in May, 2014. This award is given to those who use the “opportunity presented by Microsoft Dynamics CRM for revenue acceleration, addressable new markets, business success, and customer satisfaction.” As a Partner of the Year Award Winner for both 2012 and 2013, PowerObjects has now placed three years in a row.

PowerObjects has also been named to the prestigious 2014 Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle, an elite group of the most strategic Microsoft Dynamics partners from across the globe with sales achievements that rank them in the highest echelon of the Microsoft Dynamics global network of partners. This marks the third time PowerObjects has joined the Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle.

Minnesota Business Magazine presented PowerObjects with a 2014 100 Best Companies to Work For award, having achieved a Silver status in the mid-sized company category. “The 100 Best were chosen using data gathered from an anonymous employee satisfaction survey administered by an independent research group,” to quote the article. “Only the top Minnesota companies as judged in areas such as work environment, employee benefits, and employee happiness were selected for inclusion in the list.” This is the first year PowerObjects has been selected for the award.

Placing sixth in the small company category, PowerObjects took home an award for the Star Tribune’s recent Top Workplaces 2014. This is the Minneapolis-based newspaper’s fifth year creating its list of exceptional local companies, and PowerObjects’ first year on the list. Along with the honor of being recognized as a Top Workplace, and an additional spotlight article in the newspaper, an award for “Professionalism and Efficiency in the Workplace” was also given. “It is such an honor to be recognized by the community we choose to call home,” says Jim Sheehan, COO of PowerObjects. “There is something to be said about bringing in the right talent and really making that clichéd saying of ‘work hard, play hard’ come true.”

Another first for PowerObjects is the award they received from Redmond Channel Partner magazine. In their second annual awards, Redmond Channel Partner magazine and Revenue Rocket Consulting Group partner to “award IT services companies with unique business strategies that are resulting in sustained growth.” The award is given to companies who exhibit bold and “innovative business strategies that resulted in sustained growth over a three-year period, from 2011 through 2013.”

With over 100% revenue growth in the last year and the addition of over 100 employees, PowerObjects is looking toward another busy and exciting year ahead. “We’ve grown a strong team around a strong product (Microsoft Dynamics CRM),” says Sheehan. “At the end of the day it is truly about the people, the culture, and the product.”
