PowerObjects Launches ‘The CRM Book,’ a Free Online Resource for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

PowerObjects, a leader in offering service, support, education and add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is proud to announce the launch of ‘The CRM Book,’ a free online resource covering a wide range of topics pertaining to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The book is designed for users of different backgrounds and experience levels, including beginners, power users, administrators, developers, and decision makers.

“Software publishers used to be able to publish a printed book and have it remain relevant for at least a couple of years,” says Jim Sheehan, COO at PowerObjects. “With faster development cycles and cloud-based delivery methods, that’s just not the case anymore. Because this CRM guide is online, we can be constantly editing and maintaining it and remain relevant.”

The book was written collaboratively by PowerObjects staff, and each chapter was assigned to experienced subject matter experts. It is divided into three major sections: ‘Basics,’ ‘System Administration,’ and ‘Extending CRM.’ Content is designed to remain fluid and editable as the technology changes.

“Our big, hairy, audacious goal is to positively impact one million users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and this book will help us get there,” said Sheehan. “One of our driving principles at PowerObjects is to always add value, and I knew we had a team that was capable of driving incredible value with this book.”
