Solution Delivery Specialist


PowerObjects is seeking a Solution Delivery Specialist to join their award winning and growing Solution Delivery team. The role will assist the Director of Solution Delivery to ensure the PowerObjects Proven Process is the foundation of our project delivery and that each client gets the same consistent high level of service.

Essential Functions

Facilitate set up of Support Agreements (Send support agreement to customer, Receive support agreement and set up project in CRM)
Manage transition and project creation process (Receive and set up new projects from Opportunities, Set up SharePoint site for new projects and send client invitations, as needed, Schedule internal transition meetings)
Send Customer Satisfaction Surveys based on project Stage
Assist with consultant certification scheduling
Follow-up daily on missing time entry
Ensure Consultant Biography Library is current
Ensure Support Cases are being followed up on
Prepare Scorecard for Delivery team meetings
Maintain consultant blog schedule and send reminders
Assist with weekly Project Director meetings, including keeping meeting minutes and assigning projects
Provide Executive Support to Director of Solution Delivery (Calendar Management, Correspondence and follow-through as requested, Team Lead meeting minutes)
Assist with product, service, and policy documentation
Email templates for PM/Consultant use in Proven Process
Assist/Back-up for Assistant Director of Solution Delivery
Assist front desk/operations team in case they are short staffed due to vacations or emergencies

Required Skills and Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication
Exceptional problem solving and decision making skills
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Access, or similar customer database preferred
Expert at Microsoft Outlook 2007 or later required
Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Experience with SharePoint preferred
Experience with documentation of various kinds
Fast learner
