Viewing PowerHierarchy on a record
PowerHierarchy allows users to see the parent/child hierarchy of Accounts and Contacts.
To view PowerHierarchy, open any Account or Contact record and users will see that a new tab has been added. This tab will display the hierarchy in which the Account or Contact is contained and show the current record in bold.
Users can double-click any of the Accounts or Contacts displayed in the hierarchy to open the related record.
Select a record in the hierarchy and uses can view additional information about the record in the reading pane.
To uninstall, simply navigate to Settings > Solutions and delete PowerHierarchy. Deleting the solution from your system will remove all of its components.
Uninstalling the solution does not unsubscribe the solution. If you’re discontinuing use of the add-on, you must first unsubscribe in the solution.
