PowerObjects Deploys Integrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Fast and In the Cloud for IT Services Company

For several years, N’compass used NetSuite CRM to record customer interactions, track follow-up activities with customers and prospects, and manage sales forecasting. N’compass found that the NetSuite CRM integration with the company’s other business applications was not as straightforward as they would have liked and caused some inefficiencies in getting the real-time information they required. Challenge
N’compass, a growing Minneapolis-based technology consulting company, needed a more flexible and better integrated CRM system to help manage its sales and marketing efforts as well as a solution that would provide improved visibility into its business operations. The company was using NetSuite CRM and struggled with the integration of solution with the company’s other business applications which created productivity losses and inefficiencies in getting the real-time information they required.
Solution
N’compass looked for a more flexible and extensible customer relationship management solution that could improve system integration, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen its sales and marketing efforts. After evaluating other customer relationship management solutions, the company, which was already running many other Microsoft applications, turned to Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, PowerObjects to facilitate the implementation of hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. “We were looking to get the solution implemented very quickly (within 30 days) and knew that PowerObjects could do the job based on their overall experience and expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
