The CRM Minute: What’s all the fuss about?

Post Author: Joe D365 |

If you follow our blog regularly, you might have noticed something new and different popping up each Wednesday. We recently launched a brand new video blog series called The CRM Minute, a PO TV original production! Every Wednesday, you can find a new and insightful blog from one of our amazing PowerObjects team members. The 2-3 minute videos detail the latest thoughts, developments, and offerings from PowerObjects around Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related tools. We'll cover anything and everything about Dynamics CRM including tips for training and user adoption, insight into the current customer care environment, or information about cloud service providers.

PowerObjects already has the most respected Microsoft Dynamics CRM blog on the internet. The CRM Minute seeks to expand that content by introducing our audience to a new PowerObjects CRM expert in each installment who will provide insight into how they can enhance the capabilities of their CRM system, and make their business processes more efficient. Sure, the episodes might be longer than a minute, but we don't mind hanging out a little longer to talk about CRM!

If you've missed any of our previous installments, check them out now! They make a perfect coffee break escape.

Happy CRM'ing!
