PowerUp is just over a week away! This CRM educational user conference is jam packed with content to help you get the most out of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. So far, you have learned about the four different education tracks to choose from and have taken a closer look at the keynote speaker for PowerUp. Did you know there are also four Stand Up sessions on the agenda? These sessions will take place on Day 2 and will feature a panel of Dynamics CRM customers who will facilitate discussions around their experience working with a partner, the secrets to upgrade success, and user adoption strategies. Day 2, 10:00 – 11:00 am
Customer Panel: How to Work with a Partner

When working with a partner like PowerObjects, success is built through effort on both sides of the relationship. In this panel of customers ONLY, we will discuss the expectations both parties should have in a partnership, how to form a healthy working relationship, how to get the most from the partnership and how to be a good customer. Have some thoughts to add? Come and ask questions and get involved in the discussion!

PowerObjects + Customer Panel: Stump the Experts

Didn’t get a question answered at PowerUp? You might not be alone; so come and ask it at the Stump the Experts session. This panel will be a mix of PowerObjects techies and our customer gurus. From data to infrastructure to development, they will tackle the toughest questions. Or maybe you can get them STUMPED!!

Day 2, 1:45 – 2:45 pm
Customer Panel: Keys to Our Upgrade Success

Learn from those who have gone before you in the upgrade from CRM 2011 and 2013. In this customer panel, you will hear case studies of several companies who have completed the upgrade. Hear how they overcame technical challenges as well as the effort they made in training and user adoption. Have the opportunity to ask questions and take away ideas that will make you more successful.

Day 2, 3:00 – 3:50 pm
Customer Panel: What’s Our CRM User Adoption Strategy?

Here is your chance to hear first-hand from companies like yours who have already implemented CRM. Find out what they considered a success and what they would do differently if they had the chance. In this panel discussion, you’ll have the chance to ask your questions and get personal advice from the panelists.
