Need Quick, Accessible CRM Training? Join Us for the CRM University Online Series!

Post Author: Joe D365 |

PowerObjects has recently rolled out CRM University, a new initiative that provides a host of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Training opportunities both in-person and online. As part of this new initiative, we are kicking off our first CRM University Online Series—online training that's perfect for training CRM admins and pro users without breaking the bank or taking up a whole week in training.

How does it work?

The CRM University Online Series is completely online—you don't have to be near one of our training centers in order to register. It consists of four sessions, each four hours long, and will take place every Thursday afternoon from April 17th to May 8. You can choose to take the classes individually for $225, or sign up for all four classes—a total steal at $800!

Instructor-led training with hands-on labs

One common misconception is that the Online Series sessions are just long webinars. Not true! Each session is led by an instructor, which means there will be plenty of interaction and opportunities to ask questions. There will also be hands-on labs during each of the sessions.

What do the classes cover?

The CRM University Online Series includes the following sessions:

April 17, 2013 – CRM 100: Introduction to Microsoft Dynamic CRM.
Never worked with CRM before? This course will help you understand out-of-the-box functionality, including the interfaces for the web, Outlook and the mobile application. It will also cover the sales, marketing, and customer service modules within CRM.

April 24, 2013 – CRM 101: Sales Lead to Opportunity Processes
In this course, you'll learn how to navigate through the sales process from entering Leads to closing Opportunities.

May 1, 2013 – CRM 2013: Marketing
Take a closer look at the marketing functionality in Microsoft Dynamic CRM, including how to use marketing lists, quick campaigns, campaigns, campaign responses, email templates, and more.

May 8, 2014 – CRM 200: Searching & Reporting
This course covers search functionality such as quick find and advanced find queries. It will also show you how to use out-of-the-box reporting and how to generate reports using the Report Wizard.

Register only for what you need!

Again, you don't have to sign up for all four sessions—you can pick and choose what's appropriate for you.
