Let me show you.

You have to download and install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Fetch Extension. Cool. Just jump to Resources, download the install and run. Then open up Visual Studio 2008 (have not tested with VS 2010, can’t get Business Intelligence) and you will have a new data source.

You specify the server (and org). Define your credentials and your good.
